Job Responsibilities:
● Feasibility analysis and judgment of potential industries and products for NIR application
● Provide necessary pre-sales technical support for sales team.
● Manage the construction, maintenance, and upgrades of the model library.
● Provide customers with debugging assistance, modeling training, and guidance.
● Collaborate with sales and after-sales personnel to deliver comprehensive after-sales service, including failure analysis, software upgrades, and model calibration.
● Research on and explore possible new application areas of NIR
Job Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree or higher in science and engineering, Majoring in chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, pharmacy or related majors is preferred
● Minimum 3 years' experience as field applications engineer
● Knowledge of conventional chemical analysis methods, experience in near infrared (NIR) application is preferred
● Passionate about driving sales, diligent, proactive, willing to, travel up to 25%.
● Strong sense of teamwork and responsibility, along with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
